Current projects?

I'm currently working on a WBT project for a major motor oil brand, and am designing the training for their customers (like Fast oil change shops, etc.) The content varies between really technical and sales stuff.

Trying to make it as interactive as possible while respecting the dial-up students. Anybody else working on something you'd like to share?

Anyone used Captivate?

Hi. Just wondering if anyone has used Captivate for their clients, company as a training aide. Does anyone know if you can get it to export single files instead of flash files? I'm asking because I'd like to use Captivate but as single files that can be imported into a "how to" document.

Making learning fun

Any cool ideas for making the learning experince fun for your learner? Since I work in the interactive world (mainly) I try to add in interactive games.

Any other ideas for other kinds of delivery modes?

Where to look for online learning gigs?

Hi. I'm finishing up studies at SF State and I'm looking for gigs with online learning institutions. It would be cool if it were with a school like UC Berkeley, but I'm open to University of Phoenix institutions. I've been checking out Thompson Learning's site for openings and McGraw Hill. Any other suggestions on where to look for work like this?

Professional Resume writer for newly graduating ISD?

Hi. Since most of us are in the sf bay area, I was hoping someone could recommend a professional resume writer for hire. I've done a little bit of everything prior to getting my masters in instructional design. I've written my resume 6 ways to sunday and it never works out because I don't "fit" into a neat category.
